Description
AmphiStar offers a portfolio of 100% upcycled microbial biosurfactants from sustainable biobased feedstocks such as waste- and side streams. AmphiStar as such eliminates reliance on fossil- and palm oil feedstocks and minimizes emissions, delivering eco-friendly solutions with significantly reduced environmental footprint. Amphistars biosurfactant platform technology relies on a microbial production process converting nearly any type of biomass into a portfolio of sustainable (designer) biosurfactants.

The AmphiCare line is AmphiStar’s unique upcycled biosurfactant line for the personal care industry. Fully produced from upcycled bio-based feedstocks, our biosurfactants are safe (1,4 dioxane free), sustainable, ultramild ànd performant. AmphiCare sets new standards for the personal care industry in both sustainability (>70% reduction of global warming potential compared to traditional surfactants ànd significant reduction on impact on ecosystems, resources, land use, human health) and safety.
