Lorsque vous vous inscrivez à notre newsletter ou acceptez de recevoir nos communications, Cosmébio traite vos données (nom, prénom, adresse électronique, organisme le cas échéant) afin de vous adresser des informations relatives à nos actualités, événements, formations, études ou encore actions de l'association.

Politique en matière de pixels de suivi dans les courriers électroniques
Un pixel de suivi est une image de très petite taille (1 x 1 pixel), invisible pour le destinataire, intégrée dans les courriers électroniques (emails) envoyé par Cosmébio via l’outil Mailchimp.
Lorsque vous ouvrez un email contenant un pixel de suivi, votre terminal (ordinateur, téléphone, tablette) effectue automatiquement une requête auprès du serveur qui héberge cette image. Cette requête transmet des informations telles que la date et l'heure d'ouverture du message, l'adresse IP et le type de terminal utilisé.
Conformément aux lignes directrices 2/2023 du Comité Européen de la Protection des Données (CEPD) et à la recommandation de la Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) du 14 avril 2026, l'utilisation de pixels de suivi dans les courriels constitue une opération de lecture sur le terminal du destinataire et est soumise, à ce titre, à l'article 82 de la loi Informatique et Libertés, au même titre que les cookies et autres traceurs.
