Who are we ?
The family business starts with Francis Laget
After studying Law and History, it was in 1946, through some family ties, that he enters as a trader in the business of « Drugs and Spices », a job that he will keep all of his life, in one of the oldest herbalist’s shop of Marseille : « Planchon’s Brothers »- built under Napoleon III.
In 1969, with his 7 children, he came here, in Buis les Baronnies, in order to follow the Ducros’ Company. Then, there, he actively participated in the world famous medley of « Herbes de Provence ».
…evolves and developps with Bernard Laget
Heir of his family of this know-how of herbalist, Bernard Laget was the first one to share his true passion.
At the age of 16, Bernard Laget began picking medicinal and aromatic wild flowers for pharmaceutical companies.
From the picking of wild plants to the creation of essential oils, he acquired a broad experience that led him to master the science of aromatherapy.
