Description
Since 1990 Guayapi highlights and distributes wild-picked plants from the Amazon rainforest and Sri Lanka as food supplements, cosmetics and fine groceries, respecting three fundamental criteria: organic, biodiversity (Analog Forestry) and fair trade.
GUAYAPI and its founder & CEO Claudie Ravel are members of Cosmebio's board of directors, coordinator of the Ethical Commission, Board Member, with Deputy Manager Bastien Beaufort of Commerce Equitable France. Fair trade, biodiversity and organic criteria are guaranteed by our choice of the FGP's certification (Forest Garden Products - Worlwide Program for the Restoration of Ecosystems) and our membership of IAFN (International Analog Forestry Network). GUAYAPI is also a board member of IFOAM France and le MENE (Mouvement pour les Entrepreneurs de la Nouvelle Economie).
